So I totally slacked off again by the end of the week. The sprints on Thursday were such a kick in the booty that I was discouraged and less motivated. I had to take Friday off because my shins were hurting, but I've no excuses for Saturday and Sunday.
Let's try this again. I know I have a busy work and baseball week (since the Astros are back in town), but I'm going to try to work everything in.
Monday: 6 miles
Tuesday: Yoga, 3 at BON
Wednesday: Spin x1hr, weights
Thursday: Hills x4
Friday: 3 miles
Saturday: 7 miles
Sunday: Yoga, 2 mile walk
