1. I'd like to say that I'm totally excited about it finally being December and Christmas being around the corner, but I'm not really. I don't have a tree up (nor do I see one in my future) and listening to my Christmas music just feels wrong. Hopefully it starts feeling like the season soon because I usually love this time of year!
2. I haven't been running again. :( How does everyone do it now that the time has changed? Better yet, how did I do it last year? I keep turning my alarm off in the mornings so there is no time before work and then after work I'm so depressed about it being dark that I just want to do nothing. And Hubby being laid up on the couch since his knee surgery this week isn't helping to motivate me. I need the summer back!

ReplyDeleteI know what you mean. It took me a long time to get motivated to workout after the weather started getting colder and the time change. I'm finally getting back to it though! Just schedule your workout and stick to it! You know you'll feel better! Good luck! :)
